Shipping Policy
All orders ship within 24-48 business hours of payment being received, we don’t ship on weekends or major US holidays. If your order is placed on a Friday fulfilment will begin the following Monday.
Adult signature of someone 21+ is required on all deliveries, We advise selecting a shipping address that will guarantee that someone 21+ will be there to accept and sign for the delivery. This service has a cost of $7.15 at checkout and is in included on every order, no exceptions.
If your order is undeliverable and is shipped back to Vapor Stock your order will be refunded, Excluding the cost of shipping, adult signature fee, and Route if purchased.
Once your order has been shipped, USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package.
- If you entered the wrong address for shipping on your order, the customer is responsible for contacting USPS to re-route the package, re-schedule delivery, and any charges associated with these services.
- If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, Vapor Stock is not responsible if USPS did not deliver the package to the correct address, or directly to the customer, whether lost, stolen, or missing. The customer is responsible for contacting Route (if route insurance was purchased), or USPS to obtain a reimbursement.
